I can cook this recipe less than 20 minutes. It is so quick and easy but very delicious. My husband and baby love wrap food. I can’t think of anything perfect for rush hour lunch than fresh and healthy tortilla wraps with pan grilled meat and a lot of salad stuff. One bite is all it takes to get the quick smiles from their faces.
I am a marinated- mania person. I keep chicken, beef, and lamb in my fridge. It is really useful for a quick cooking when you can just throw the marinated meat directly to the pan.
For this recipe I marinade tenderized thin sliced steaks over night.
Here are the ingredients for marinated steaks: (For 4 serving) 300 gm Steak fillets- tenderized ½ tsp Salt ½ tsp Sugar 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce ½ tsp Black pepper- freshly crushed
Throw every in the Ziploc and mix together well. Marinate overnight in fridge.
When you ready to use, heat the greased skillet over the medium flame and grilled the meat just about 2 minutes both side or until the steak cook the way you like it.
Ingredients for Tuna salad dressing: 1 can Tuna in olive oil ½ cup Shredded purple cabbage ½ onion- sliced ½ red capsicum- sliced ½ cup Shredded carrot A handful of parsley- chopped ½ cup Mayonnaise 1 tsp Tabasco sauce 2 tsp Lemon juice
- Microwave Tuna in the mixing bowl for 1 minute and keep it a side to cool down a bit.
- Throw the rest of the ingredient in and combine them together.
Now the fun part begins:
Heat the tortilla up and place few pieces of steak on top and spread over with the tuna salad dressing. Roll in anyway you like it and enjoy!
