Chikoo Milkshake

Have you ever tried Sapodilla, also know as Chikoo?

The amazing evergreen tree gives the fruits that are incredibly sweet and resemblance to caramel taste. Chikoo also has a wonderful smell like floral nectar. It is exceptionally great for milkshake.

We want to share this simple milkshake recipe that is also one of our favourite summer drink. Though it’s raining and cold here today… when I see these fresh sweet fruits, I can’t really resist making some.

Chikoo Milkshake

Ingredients: (2 servings)

3 chikoo- peeled, and sliced

2 cup crushed ice

2 cup sweeten milkAdd crushed ice and chikoo in then blender.

Add some sweeten milk.

Blend until smooth.

Pour in the glasses and serve.

My mom probably shouts if she knew we made milkshake in this kind of weather. She believes we should drink and eat something warm in cold weather and something light and cold in summer. I can’t stop eating ice-cream in any season…
