Tuna Salad Wrap

I like tuna. My husband is not a fan of tuna. My sister loves tuna. Yaseen hates tuna. But we all love this tuna wrap. It is very quick and easy. With just few fresh veggies and a can of tuna and maybe some leftover salsa can create such yummy bites.

Tuna Salad Wrap

Ingredients: (4 servings)

200 gm tuna in olive oil- drained

1 carrot- diced

1/2 onion- diced

1 tomato- diced

1 lime- juiced

Few coriander leaves- chopped

1 tsp Tabasco sauce

Salt to taste

1 cup homemade salsa

4 tortilla wrappers

Combine tuna, carrot, tomato, onion in the mixing bowl.

Add lime juice, Tabasco sauce and salt to taste.

Throw in some chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

Heat each tortilla in the pan and transfer to the serving plates.

Spread with some tuna salad and top with salsa.

Serve immediately.

When I was a kid, my mom made an incredible spicy tuna salad with lemon grass and cucumber. It was wonderful with rice or in lettuce wrap. I will post that recipe soon.

What’s your favourite tuna dish?

Have a nice day,
Tes
