Pink was my favorite color once. It’s one of the cutest colors in the world. Now my favorite color is purple, and I feel like it’s more me.

Okay, back to pink. Pink just turns anything into “cute.” Remember the dark luscious brownies we all love? Now imagine it in pink. It’s so pretty, right? So cute and so yummy.

Pink Brownie 2

I successfully pull a tray of pink brownies out of my oven. The smell of it is so lovely, like the scent of what could come out of strawberry milkshake mixed with butterscotch cake. Oh yum!

And see how quickly they all are disappeared, almost!

Look at the super moist and gooey soft brownies with crispy chewy tops. I am kind of in love. I need to bake this more and share with my friends.

Pretty Pink Brownie

375 gm strawberry milk compound- chopped into small pieces

¼ cup sugar

100 gm butter- cut into small cubes

2 large eggs

1 cup flour

1 tsp baking powder

2 tbsp sprinkles for decoration

In a medium pot, combine strawberry milk compound, sugar and butter, and place it on a low-medium heat. Slowly melt all the ingredients together while stirring continuously.

Add the flour and baking powder, and stir for 2 minutes.

Remove the batter from the heat and continue stirring it for one minute for the batter to cool down a bit.

Add egg, one at the time, and whisk until smooth.

Prepare a brownie tray by lining it with a piece of baking paper. Pour in the batter and decorate it with sprinkles on top.

Bake the pretty brownie in a preheated oven at 180 degree C for 40-50 minutes or until the top is nicely crisp and golden and the inside is cooked thoroughly.
