Do you like brownies? I do, but I won’t go as far to buy a brownie from a bakery. I am unfortunate because I never find a place that sells good brownies that aren’t dry. Also it’s my weird eating habit that I only love to eat all bake goods while they’re still hot. So it’s always the best to bake at home.
And as you can see, I’m crazy about sprinkles at the moment. These rainbows of tiny sugar balls just make everything look super cute. My Chocolate and Peanut Butter Brownie is so easy to whip up, and it’s wonderful to eat while it’s hot.
Chocolate and Peanut Butter Brownie
100 gm butter
3 tbsp cocoa powder
½ cup brown sugar
3 tbsp granulated sugar
3 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp vanilla essence
2 large eggs
Sprinkles for decoration
In a medium pot over medium heat, melt butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar. Add cocoa powder and peanut butter, and mix well.
Sift in flour and baking powder. Stir well.
Remove from the heat, add eggs and vanilla essence, and stir vigorously to mix well.
Bake the brownie in a brownie pan or the muffin tins with sprinkles on top at a preheated oven at 180 degree C for 25 minutes or until the brownies are cooked through.
